More Merino

 The last of the blue Merino locks from this year's TdF are done.



 They are destined to be the front bands and collar of my Featherweight.



I have some left from the body and I am now thinking that I may add some length to the whole thing.



 The back is just over 17 inches long and it hits me in an odd place.



If I rip out the ribbing and add just another inch or two, I do believe my backside will be forever grateful.

    I love that blue! I like my sweaters a little longer than that too but I don't envy you having to rip out all that ribbing. It'll be worth it in the end though.

    Oh it is a glorious cornflower blue! Putting it with yellow leaves and the ruler really brought it out perfectly.
