That's Happy Bastille Day in French. It also happens to be our wedding anniversary. This was my gift. I told The Mister I needed a new whisk after my old one had rusted and this is what he came home with.
The new one is this Day of the Dead looking thing that he picked out because he says it reminds him of me. Sigh. Sounds about right.
Happy anniversary. Those rainbow whisks will be fun to use.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!! I just threw out one of my mini whisks yesterday (but I have 3 more, so no need to replace).
ReplyDeleteInitially I skimmed over the sentence about your anniversary and wondered why my husband hadn't bought me a Bastille Day gift, but Happy Anniversary!
ReplyDeleteI was reading right along until that last paragraph, then I cracked up laughing. Men! Happy Anniversary Debbie. I love your gift. We don't do big things either.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
Honestly, I think anniversary gifts tell us more about a couple than ones at other occasions.
ReplyDeleteThe day of the dead lady looks wild and magical - sounds like you to me!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!
happy anniversary!!! Whack him with a whisk for that 'compliment'! lol
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary and have fun whisking!
