Hissy Fit

I have a confession. I HATED putting the faces on these Kitty Poufs.

I tried so many times to get them symmetrical I lost count. I gave up. They have wonky kitty character and I'm leaving it at that.

Now I am fighting with the ears and the top closure. I can't get mine to look right to save my life. This sort of fiddly stuff is not for me. Daughter asked for them so I soldiered on. I can't wait to get them done and gone. Meow....

  3. I think perhaps you are being too hard on yourself. I LOVE them. I have to agree that faces and such, for the teddy mother bear project, were the part I felt tense about and didn't like . I prefer to knit and purl. :)

  4. I did my faces while they were all stuffed, not the smartest I know. The ears were fiddly if I remember correctly. Still I made six of them and they are all sent out minus one that is going to be sent out this week. I think you did a great job.

  8. They are adorable! IMHO the embroidery is perfect and gives each one its own character.
