Testing, Testing

I had my phone in my pocket when I went for a walk in the woods with the dogs yesterday.

It was a beautiful day.

I wanted to go back and get my camera but I was too lazy to go back up the hill. I was toting the old dog in the pooch pouch and it was just too much.

Then I remembered I had a camera on my phone.

I don't really know how to work it. I just pointed and clicked away.

Then I emailed the photos to myself, downloaded them and uploaded them here.

I don't have anyway of editing them so what you see is what you get.

I haven't quite figured out the close up thing. I don't have a fancy iPhone. I have the cheapest LG they make. All the same these photos aren't much different than the ones I take with my fancy camera. It must not be about the equipment. It must be about the one that pushes the button.

  1. A walk in the woods with the dogs sounds wonderful. Haven't been able to do that here beause of air quality alerts....my beautiful mountains are on fire and our air is filled with smoke! This has just NOT been a good week. :(

  2. Your photos came out beautifully. I have become lazy and mostly use my phone. It's gotten to the point where for most of us, the phone is as good as a camera!

  3. I think your pictures turned out perfectly. I rarely take my big camera with me anymore. The phone camera does just fine in most cases.

  6. I went for a walk today... and it wasn't nearly as nice as yours. It was cold and rainy and I had to carry a 15lb starter for my car.

  7. These turned out beautifully and the LG phones have great photography reviews so point and clip away! I only use my phone now-I do the editing on my laptop. It works for me!

  8. I think you did a great job. I do have an iphone and I swear my pictures need a lot of help. Well even the ones with my fancy camera need a lot of help, must be me!
