Talking Turkey

It was insane for me to think that with all I have going on that I would get any time to work on my turkey rug but I have got a bit of a leaf done.

I had forgotten that I had dyed some of this wool myself.  I saw it on my blog. Go me.

I still have a long way to go. I started this two years ago. Like my Jack O'lantern rug this guy is an old friend who only comes out on holidays. It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just a week away.  Gobble. gobble.

  1. Luckily Thanksgiving comes every year, so there's no real reason to finish it now, right?
    That turkey's looking great, BTW!!

  4. Gobble Gobble is right! I love your rug. I don't need another hobby, but I would enjoy learning how to do this.

The turkey rug is a beauty-one day you will have him finished and pulled out for part of the Fall decorations!
